Emerald Lake Resort Members & Visitors
CHILI COOK OFF
Saturday, January 23rd ELNR will host their annual, "State Dish
of Texas" Cook Off at 6PM. Make your chili with award winning
Chef-ness. Bean less or with beans is fine. Top dish will
have the recipe added to ELNR's official cookbook. No entry fee
required. After the contest we will devour the remaining
entries as a chill potluck dinner.
Following at 8PM, we will have our First Annual Comedy Night.
This will be an "Open Mike" for anyone who has a joke, jokes or
a funny story to relate. Some folks have already signed up for
the docket. Come join the fun and feel welcome to participate.
